Staff Council is an organization dedicated to the representation of the hardworking staff members of Mississippi University for Women.  We exist to represent all personnel and their rights and serve to continually advocate change and improvement in our working environment.

Our Purpose

MUW Staff Council is to provide an open channel of communication to the University administration and to act as an advisory group in policy matters of the University that affects the welfare of the staff and / or the institution. Staff Council’s mission is to listen, show concern, and to support the staff of MUW.

 

Ways You Can Be Involved

If you are interested in serving on MUW Staff Council, feel free to attend our monthly meeting on the third Thursday of each month in the Fant Library.  MUW Staff Council also sponsor a number of events and activities for MUW Staff.  If you would like to serve on a committee contact Robin Holliman at rholliman@muw.edu.
