*Any team may win in either category, but not both categories. If weight is your ship's course, you must weigh in at the fitness center with graduate personnel once every two weeks between 11 am and 1:30 pm on Wednesday and Thursday. All weight loss participants must be weighed by September the 21st, preferably on the sail off day.

*You do not have to go on the cruise with your partner.  You compete as a team, encourage one another, and hold each other accountable, but you may want  to travel to different places.

*You can contact our office and we can help connect partners if you don't have a partner.

*Yes, your fitness classes and 100 level HKC classes count as your workout.  Just make sure you either sign in at the fitness center or with your instructor so that we have a record of this.

*You DO NOT have to be a member of the fitness center to participate...free 8 week trial of the fitness center!

*You can "weigh in" on this Thursday or Friday if you want to compete in the weight loss competition.  We will have graduate staff there to privately weigh you so no one has to feel that peers will be privy to this information.

*You will also have the opportunity to earn water bottles, t-shirts and other prizes for your efforts.

*Nothing to lose but weight and the "couch potatoitis!"  Lower your cholesterol, blood pressure, heart rate ... maybe gain a great nights sleep and new healthy habit + a potential cruise!
