Funding
All of the equipment, personnel, and support materials for this program are funded by generous congressional grant dollars. We recognize that this money comes from you, the taxpayer. For this reason, we work very hard to display excellent fiscal stewardship and provide quality educational programs for the K-12 community in northeast Mississippi. We extend our thanks to you, the taxpayer, our members of Congress, the U.S. Department of Education, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and Mississippi University for Women, who have all helped to make this program possible. Thank you!
Grants to date:
- "Plymouth Bluff Center for Science and Historical Enrichment"
- "Science on the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway"
- "Science Education on the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway: A Functional K-12 Education Outreach Component of the Science Enrichment Program"
