Field Trip Packet
Instructions: To apply for field trips, download the packet below. The teacher must complete the adult portion of the packet. This should be repeated for each additional adult attendee. The student/youth portion of the packet must be completed for each student participant.

Saturday Teacher Workshop Packet
Instructions: To apply for a Saturday teacher workshop, download the packet below and complete it. We must receive your application before 5 p.m. the Wednesday before the scheduled workshop.

Summer Workshop Forms
Instructions: If you are applying for an overnight workshop, which includes adult/student teams, you must submit an adult form for yourself and a youth form for each student participant.

Very Important:
Once you have applied, check our website and locate the roll for that semester’s workshops. If your name has an “X” in the column, you are enrolled. If your name has an “alt” in the box, the workshop is full and you are on the standby list. If this happens, check the roll frequently and wait for e-mail notification for further instructions. If you have questions, e-mail the Project Coordinator.
