Regalia is Required

The W requires students to wear the official regalia of the university to participate in a commencement ceremony. See details below on how to order your regalia.

Commencement

Commencement is scheduled to take place on May 3, 2024. Please check the Registrar’s commencement information page for the latest information regarding the commencement.

Regalia

Students may keep their entire regalia package. To place your order, please visit www.gradsupply.com/muw.  If you have questions or problems, please contact the bookstore at 662-329-7409.

Online Ordering for Regalia

Orders may be submitted online at www.gradsupply.com/muw. Online ordering will close at midnight on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. After online ordering closes, students may visit the bookstore, Barnes & Noble at The W, starting April 24, 2024 to purchase their regalia. A $30 late fee will be assessed for all regalia sales after the April 3, 2024 deadline.

Refund Request Deadline

Students may visit www.gradsupply.com/student-orders to request a refund before midnight on April 3, 2024. All purchases become non-refundable after the April 3, 2024 refund request deadline.

Student Regalia Prices

• Associate and Bachelor Package – $59.90 includes tax – includes cap, gown, and tassel
• Master/Specialist Package – $106.98 includes tax – includes cap, gown, tassel, and hood
• Doctor Package – $117.68 includes tax – includes tam, gown, tassel, and hood

All student regalia orders are non-refundable purchases after April 3, 2024.

Prices above do not reflect the additional $30.00 late fee that will be placed on orders after the April 3, 2024 deadline.

Prices above do not reflect the $20.00 fee that will be added if you choose to have your package delivered to your home address.
