Description

Yogalotes- Combo class of pilates and yoga


Ahhsome Abs- An intense abdominal workout to help you tighten your mid-section

 

Water Workout- This is a great non-impact class in the water that will improve your overall fitness and health. Both shallow and deep water exercises used. Appropriate for all fitness levels and all swim levels

 

Yoga- Total health of body and mind through asanas, breathing exercises, and relaxation

 

Body Scuplt- This is a great class to attend if you are looking to tone and sculpt those muscles

 

 

Dynamic Duo- Intense cardio workout with strength training and stretch

 

 

Pilates- Tone and strengthen your core to achieve optimal strength and flexibility

 

 

Zumba- High energy, fun, aerobic workout to Latin style music.

 

 

Step- Cardio class with ab workout and stretch
