Ab Attack - A 30 minute intense abdominal workout to help you tighten your mid-section.
Water Workout - This is a great non-impact class in the water that will improve your overall fitness and health. Both shallow and deep water exercises will be used. Appropriate for all fitness levels and all swim levels.
Body Sculpt - This is a great class to attend if you are looking to tone and sculpt those muscles. All levels
Power Step - A high-intensity bench workout designed to elevate your fitness level and burn off the pounds.Intermediate to Advanced.
Power Abs - If you are crunched for time this class is your answer because it is an intense 15 minute abdominal workout. All levels.
Basic Step - Learn the basic steps and get a great workout in this class.
Conditioning - This class is designed to cut fat and build muscle.
