Pilates is a mat based class that works your core area (hips, abs, and lowerback) to make you whole body stronger. Open To All Fitness Levels.

A.M. Walking will start your morning off right with a nice walk from the Fitness Center to the River Walk and back. Open To All Fitness Levels.

Water will get you wet, in shape, and you will have fun in the pool. Water exercise is a good non-weight bearing exercise that gets your heart rate going. Open To All Fitness Levels.

Hip Hop will teach you the latest dance moves and give you a great workout at the same time. No dance experience is needed, just a willingness to have a great time. Open To All Fitness Levels.

On-the-Ball uses one of those big colorful balls that you see on t.v. Come to this class and check it out and tone your whole body. Open To All Fitness Levels.

Core Training targets your abs, hips, back, and thighs. Open To All Fitness Levels.

Circuit Training is a great workout that combines cardio and weight training for a total body experience. You will be led through abs and stretching at the end. Open To All Fitness Levels.

Cardio Mix is a mixture of high and low impact aerobics that will make you sweat. The beginner and the experienced exercisers will love this workout. Open To All Fitness Levels.
