How Do I Get Started?
Come to the Office of Campus Recreation, Stark 102, to fill out a personal training registration
packet and pay for your package. You can also download the packet by clicking on "forms" above. You must bring the forms and payment into the office. All you have left is to decide
on the right trainer for you and get started on the journey to a
better you.
