Tony-nominated musical `Quilters’ to be performed at MUW

COLUMBUS, Miss. – The production of “Quilters” by Mississippi University for Women’s Department of Music and Theatre is set for Feb. 24-27.

“Quilters” is a Tony-nominated musical tale of a frontier mother and her six daughters who patch their family history together through music, story and dance.

All performances will be held in the MUW Cromwell Theatre at 7:30 p.m. with a 2 p.m. show on Sunday.

General admission is $10 and $5 for MUW students. Tickets may be purchased in advance in the office of communication in Cromwell or at the door.
