Art professor’s work accepted in exhibitions

COLUMBUS, Miss. – Tom Nawrocki, professor of art at Mississippi University for Women, will have work displayed in upcoming art exhibitions:

• BRIDGE: East Coast USA meets East Coast Australia, 77th Exhibition of Prints
sponsored by the Society of American Graphic Artists in New York City at the
Fyre Gallery, Braidwood, New South Wales, Australia, March 26 – May 10.

•thINK, Print Exhibition of the Boston Printmakers, Zullo Gallery in Medfield,
Mass.

•31st Annual Paper in Particular National Exhibition at Columbia College in
Missouri, through March 4.

•CONTINUITY / KONTINUITA: Prints from Czech/Slovakian American and International Artists at the 36th Interdisciplinary Great Plains Studies Symposium at the
University of Nebraska in Lincoln, April 5 – 16.

Nawrocki joined MUW in 1970 and teaches printmaking, fiber arts and design. He
received his bachelor’s and masters’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin.
