Comptroller office recognized by Secret Shopper program
COLUMBUS, Miss − The Office of the Comptroller at Mississippi University for Women is the first this semester to be recognized by the Secret Shopper program. This is the second time the comptroller’s office has received this reward for outstanding customer service.
The office was presented with a plaque and pin by Dr. Hal Jenkins, interim provost and vice president for academic affairs; Ryan Sims, Student Government Association senate clerk, and Towanda Williams, assistant director of career services for student life.
Comptroller Tonya Moak stated, “It feels good to be recognized. We always want to make the experience good for the students.”
Members of SGA create score cards to be used by the students. The students visit and score offices around campus. The SGA receives the score cards and select the offices that would be recognized for outstanding customer service.
Rewards will be given once a month to one office on campus.
