Dating expert and author to speak at MUW

COLUMBUS, Miss. – Mike Domitrz, nationally-renowned healthy dating expert and author, will speak at Mississippi University for Women on Oct. 27 at 6 p.m. in Nissan Auditorium.

Domitrz’s “Can I Kiss You?” presentation examines all issues of dating in a fun and interactive way. He will show how “asking first” will cause for change in a relationship.

His book, “May I Kiss You? A Candid Look at Dating, Communication, Respect & Sexual Assault Awareness,” is being used as a model by people of all ages. Domitrz wrote the book after his sister survived a sexual assault.

Natalie Aranda, who works in student life at MUW, said, “Issues such as healthy dating and intimacy are really important and need to be discussed--especially among young adults in a college setting.”

The seminar is free and open to the public.
