COLUMBUS, Miss. - Dr. Bryan Hilliard, associate professor of philosophy at Mississippi University for Women, was named the 2009 post secondary Educator of the Year at the Columbus-Lowndes Development Link’s annual Excellence in Education Awards Banquet.
