Welty short story to be featured as part of 125th celebration
COLUMBUS, Miss. – Eudora Welty’s short story, “Why I Live at the P.O.,” will be performed by Jo Ann Robinson on March 24, as part of Mississippi University for Women’s 125th anniversary celebration. The performance will begin at 7:30 p.m. in Cromwell on the MUW campus.
Tickets to the event are free and may be picked up in advance at the Office of Alumni Relations. Availability is limited to a first come first serve basis.
Robinson has been acting professionally for more than 30 years and is a performer in regional theaters around the United States.
