MUW nursing faculty receive recognition
COLUMBUS, Miss. -- Mississippi University for Women Interim
Division of Nursing head Mary Jo Kirkpatrick recently had her work
published in a pharmacology textbook titled "Study Guide to Accompany
Prior to Kirkpatrick's publication, she did a review for the "Clinical Drug Therapy" textbook.

She was recognized as a National Health Service Corps ambassador for the MUW campus.
Ambassadors volunteer their time by providing career guidance to
students who wish to pursue a career in primary care. They are available
to recommend students to the National Health Service Corps scholarship
