Fitzgerald passes certified research chef examination

COLUMBUS, Miss. -- Dr. James Fitzgerald, associate professor of culinary arts at Mississippi University for Women, passed the certification examination for certified research chef.

The Research Chef Association provides a forum for professional and educational development, placing emphasis on culinary perspective in the development of products and services.
