Welcome to the Facilities Management Department. This page will give you information on who we are and what we do. Our primary goal is to provide a comfortable environment for students, faculty and staff which is conducive to education and administration. In other words, our job is to
make your stay here at The W as pleasant as possible.

WHO WE ARE
The Facilities Management is comprised of 68 employees working in 9 different departments. Our employees are skilled and well trained in their respective areas. We focus not only on doing a good job but doing it with a positive and courteous attitude.

WHAT WE DO
The Facilities Management is responsible for maintaining over 50 buildings on The W campus. We also maintain the campus grounds. The W campus is graced with historical buildings that give way to a very unique heritage. It takes a little extra effort and planning to make sure these buildings are equipped with modern conveniences while still maintaining their character and historical significance. This is what we are all about. It does not matter if you are a student, faculty member, staff member or visitor, we are here to provide you with a comfortable environment during your stay at The W.
