Rationale:

University statement and definition of hazing is included in the Student Handbook, pag. 59-60.  Further, any disciplinary action initiated or taken because of hazing is noted in the Student Handbook, beginning with General Rules on Student Organizations (pg. 56-64) and General Regulations of Student Conduct and Disciplinary Sanctions (pg. 47-55).
