RE:  Justification for Cancellation of PS #6702

I recommend that PS #6702, Employment of Staff Personnel, be cancelled.  The procedure outlined in the policy is outdated.  The attached procedure, “Procedures for Staff Recruitment/Hiring” should be used and will be provided to each division/department.
