| OPERATING DETAILS: |

- Directors Council acts as a liaison
between MUW directors and the MUW President. The functions of the
Directors Council are to enhance operating efficiencies, improve
communication between areas, and develop ideas for better working
procedures in the management and daily operations of all departments.
- The Directors Council is composed of MUW
directors who supervise personnel and are budget managers.
Directors eligible for membership on Faculty Senate are not eligible to
serve on the Directors Council.
- The Chair, vice chair, and secretary will
be elected from the Council annually. Their term of office begins
with the fall semester each year and extends through the summer terms
of that academic year.
- Directors Council will meet
quarterly. The Directors Council Chair or President of the
University may call additional meetings if necessary.

Concurrence
of a
majority of voting members in attendance is required for a motion to
pass.
