OPERATING DETAILS:
  1. To assist MUW administration in complying with federal and state laws regarding accommodations for persons with disabilities, the Disability Compliance Committee will evaluate accessibility to University programs, services and activities, recommend appropriate action in disability issues, and act as an advisor to the Disability Services Coordinator.
  2. The membership of the committee will consist of at least four persons appointed by the President with at least one member each from the faculty, staff, and students.  The President will designate one of the members as Chairperson.
