PURPOSE:                             To define the functions of the Faculty Library Advisory Committee

REVIEW DATE:                      Fall 2007 and every five years thereafter

OPERATING DETAILS:

1.      The duties of this Committee are largely advisory. Its chief duty is to serve as a medium through which library needs can be expressed to the appropriate authority.

2.      Members are appointed annually, and membership on the committee consists of one faculty member from each College/Institute; one SGA representative; and one member from the Library. The Library Director will serve as an ex officio member. A Committee chairperson is elected each year from the Committee membership.
