OPERATING DETAILS:

1.The Academic Privacy Act Appeals committee is designed to hear grievances arising from the application of the Privacy Rights of Students and Parents as outlined in the MUW Student Handbook. <>
2.Grievances may arise should a student request a change in educational records that he/she believes to be inaccurate or misleading.
3.A request for a committee hearing should be addressed to the Registrar.
4.Membership of this Committee is appointed by the President of the University and consists of six faculty members: one from each College of the University and two at large.
