How do I register for Orientation?
You may use one of two forms to register for Orientation. If you received a brochure in the mail, you fill out the registration portion and send that in with a check or money order to the address given. If you did not receive an Orientation brochure, you may print one from the Orientation website.

Please make your checks payable to MUW Orientation.
Am I required to attend Orientation?
Yes. All freshmen are expected to attend one of the three Orientation sessions.
Why come to Orientation?
You will have the opportunity to meet new people, receive academic and departmental advising, find out how to get involved on campus, learn about general education and graduation requirements, find a roommate, tour the campus, learn MUW traditions, and get your e-mail account and ID.
Do I have to be admitted to MUW before I come to Orientation?
Yes! Because you will not be able to make your class schedule if you are not admitted to MUW, you have to be admitted to the University before attending Orientation.
Can I bring a family member or guest with me?

How much does it cost for me to attend?
The fee for Orientation is $35. These fees also apply to any guests or family members that are attending with you.
What does my registration fee cover?
The $35 fee includes meals, session materials, and staffing. If you are arriving early there will be no additional charge for housing the night before Orientation. The Office of Orientation does not receive any profit from your registration fee.
What do I need to bring?
If you would like to purchase souvenirs in the campus book store, you should bring extra spending money to take advantage of our bookstore bonus time. The day of Orientation, you will receive a 20% discount on clothing and gifts in the Bookend!
