Immunization Information
For admission into the University
the student must show proof of:
- two doses of measles vaccines or proof of immunity
- one dose of rubella or proof of immunity
- one rubeola vaccine or proof of immunity
- a physicians note must be provided if allergic to any of the
above vaccines
For admission into the RN/BSN
Upgrade the student must show additional proof of :
- TB Skin Test
- Hepatitis Vaccine or proof
of immunity
