Thank you for your interest in the RN to BSN Advanced Placement Option at The W. Our accredited program has dedicated staff and faculty to assist you. We have a Full-time and Part-time Option to provide flexibility for completing the program.
This online option is designed for the working nurse that needs a more flexible option to complete requirements. The part-time program can be completed in five semesters. Clinical time is built into the program.

Mississippi University for Women's RN to BSN program has been consistently ranked as one of the top hybrid-online and campus-based classroom experiences in the nation.
The W's RN-to-BSN program received a top ranking in "Intelligent.com's Best RN to BSN Programs" list.
Ranked No. 17 in the nation, and awarded the Best in the South, the list is produced by Intelligent.com. The website assessed 1,604 accredited colleges and university and selected Mississippi University for Women based on curriculum quality, graduation rate, reputation, and post-graduate employment.
The W’s RN-to-BSN program once again received recognition as one of the best programs in the country, landing on "Learn.org’s Top Online RN-to-BSN Programs".
Ranked No. 9 in the nation, the list is compiled by Learn.org, a website to help potential students research potential schools, degrees, and careers. The website analyzed hundreds of universities and selected Mississippi University for Women based on academic and career resources, the quality of education, faculty, and more.
The W offers a flat-rate $10,000 tuition to complete the program, whether you choose to attend part-time or full-time. The tuition includes capital improvement fees and no extra cost for living out-of-state.
