Resume Tips: Feb. 2nd from 3:30 – 5:30 in the Limbert Assembly room, we will be building and critiquing resumes, giving interview tips, and signing up for mock interviews. Mock interviews will take place Feb. 9th (all day). If you have a resume, bring it with you for professional review. If not come prepared with a list of jobs and other volunteer or job related information that can be compiled into a marketable resume (required). Representatives from Belk’s department store will be there to give information on the Do’s and Don’ts for interview attire.

Mock Interview: You will keep your chosen interview time and meet on the third floor of Cochran Hall for your scheduled interview. Local employers will give you a one-on-one job interview. You will be graded on timeliness, proper attire, eye contact, handshaking, verbal communication, knowledge content and overall interview performance.

Etiquette Dinner: This etiquette event will give you an opportunity to display all the skills you’ve obtained from participating in this series of events. You will network and experience fine dining with top employers and gain more insight on how to conduct yourself during lunch/dinner interviews. Business attire is required for this event (neckties/pumps). Dining location - Courtyard Marriott
