11:30 – 12:00 Registration in Cochran Hall

The Office of Admissions staff will be on hand to greet you and make sure you get everything that you will need to enjoy your day on campus!

12:00 – 1:00 Lunch Reception in Pope Banquet Hall

Come join us for lunch! We will have a lunch reception in the Pope Banquet Rooms in your honor. You can take this time to get to know other transfer students, faculty, staff and current students as well as learn a little more about the W.

1:00 - 2:00pm- Academic Displays-President’s Dining Room

Representatives from MUW’s four academic colleges and the Culinary Arts Institute will be on hand to answer any specific questions that you may have about MUW’s academic offerings.

2:00 - 5:00pm- Interviews in Cochran Hall

By participating in McDevitt Day you have the opportunity to interview for some of MUW’s most prestigious transfer scholarships. Please refer to the back of your nametag for your specific interview time and location. Make plans to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled interview time.

2:00-5:00pm Organizational Displays- 1st Floor Lobby of Cochran Hall

Stop by and talk to MUW’s social organization members who will be on hand to share information about their respective clubs.

2:00-5:00pm- Campus, Residence Hall, Stark Recreational Facility Tours

Learn more about MUW’s campus by going on a tour with the W Reps, MUW’s student recruitment team.
