Refunds---Direct Deposit

When a student has received financial aid (grants, scholarships, or loans) in excess of their institutional charges for the semester (tuition, room and board, etc.), a refund for the surplus amount is generated every week by the Comptroller’s office.    If you think you are eligible for a refund, please contact the Comptroller’s office regarding Direct Deposit to your checking or savings account.  

Refunds for those without a Direct Deposit authorization will be mailed to the student's permanent address--not their MUW mailbox.
