Many forms and applications are also available such as an Award Change Request, Parent PLUS Application/PLUS Refund Release Form, Verification Work Sheets, Master Promissory Notes, Entrance Counseling, scholarships and much more. If you would like to check your specific financial records you should log in to Banner web.
 

Student Banner Portal

Log in to your Banner account. This account allows you to view: your financial aid eligibility, documents needed to finalize your financial aid file, billing charges, and posted aid. You have the ability to accept awards you have been offered for the year.
 

The Financial Aid Center Toll Free Help Line

Representatives are available to answer your financial aid questions at our toll free number 1-877-462-8439. Examples of questions are: Questions concerning Tuition and fee charges, FAFSA application, financial aid status, documents needed, private loans, and aid posting. Our Financial Aid Administrative Assistant or Student Worker will refer your questions to a counselor if more in depth financial counseling is needed. Referrals are answered with 48 hours.
 

Financial Aid Center Counselor Services

Go to our MUW financial aid Web page to log into the Chat-line that allows you to instant message a Financial Aid administrator with general questions or concerns. Through this tool you will be able to communicate directly with our office without having to make a actual visit to our office.

You also have the option of using our walk in service when wanting to meet with a counselor. Through this service a front desk representative will sign you up to meet with the next available counselor.
