Steps to Looking At Your Information on Banner Web:

1. Go to the MUW website: www.muw.edu
    

2. Click on the link that says Banner Web (it is the 5th link from the top on the left side of the web page)
    

3. Click the link on the bottom of the page: Click here for Secured Access
    

4. You should now be on the user login page. Use your ID number and the pin should be your birthday if this is your first time logging in. The pin should be written in 00/00/00. If you do not know your ID number this page will have an option for you to locate your number.

Logging into your financial aid information on the Banner Web:

To View your Financial Aid awards:

1. Click on the top link: Student Services

2. Click the 3rd link that says: Financial Aid

3. Click the 2nd link that says: My Award Information-This will lead you to the screen where you Accept or Decline awards and tells you what you have been offered.

To View your charges for the year:

1. Click on the Financial Aid link and then click Account Summary by Term. This will give you a list of your charges.

2. If you run into the problem of the page displaying the wrong year there is a link on the bottom of the page that lets you select the aid year!!

To View Holds:

1. Click on the Financial Aid link and then click the top link: My Eligibility

2. Next click the top link that says Holds-this will display the holds on your record, if any.

To View what the Financial Aid office has received: tax returns, verification worksheets, FAFSA, etc.

1. Click on the My Eligibility link and then click the 2nd link: Student Requirements

2. This shows you what forms the Financial Aid office has received and what they have not.
