I. Minutes from March 6 meeting were approved with changes.
 
II. Dr. Limbert needs to be added to the list to receive DC minutes.
 
III. Cay Lollar welcomed Mr. Don Rainer to the Directors Council.
 
IV. The completed draft of the Support Staff Performance Appraisal was presented and discussed.

• a. Positive response from support staff to the new form.
• b. Most divisions or departments like tying the appraisal to the anniversary date, but there are a few that want to do appraisals yearly. It will be the supervisor responsibility to notify Human Resources what the process will be for their unit and then accept responsibility for completing the process.
• c. If approved there will be new forms for each level.
• d. Human Resources hopes that in the future the forms will be online so that you can complete on line or print and complete by hand.
• e. This year will use the current form. They have been sent to your supervisor and you should receive soon if you have not already.
• f. Cay will take to Administrative Council our recommendation.
