I. Nora Miller spoke to the DC about mid-year pay raises. In addition to the 2% across the board raise the university administration is looking at giving additional raises to the lowest paid employees.

II. Dr. Reddy will calculate a formula for the DC to review for proposal to Nora Miller.

III. Policy 1000 was reviewed. The DC discussed whether we wanted policy changes to be reviewed by the council.

IV. Minutes from November 19th meeting were approved.

V. The policy for DC was reviewed and approved with noted changes. Corrected copy will be submitted for review to Administrative Policy Review Committee.

VI. The DC will wait to submit changes to Policy 1000 until the DC policy has been approved.
