About us
The international students
Association (ISA) is a non-profit, non-political organization
that is open to all students, faculty, and staff of MUW.
ISA was established in October 1993. The first president
was Long Wang from Hong Kong, and the current president
is
Cholene
Chou from Taiwan. The starting number of international
students on this campus was eleven(11) and has increased
to over fifty(50) from 31 different countries. The goals
of I.S.A are: To promote and facilitate understanding, appreciation
and lasting friendship among the MUW students, faculty
from different countries of the world, and further to promote
the same with the Columbus community. To maintain and support
groups for international students in order to help with
adjustment to college life. To encourage diversity and expand
cultural knowledge on the MUW campus.
We are from diverse cultures and different nationalities,
but we work together with a unified spirit. A spirit to
excel in the pursuit of gaining knowledge by educating ourselves
in an environment which has rich culture and ethics and
using the knowledge wisely for the betterment of human race.
We Welcome you to join the International Student Association
at the W.
