Short Summary of Project (10 points): Explain your project and its impact. Give a rationale for doing this project.

Specific Program Goal and Objectives (25 points): The goal broadly states the purpose, the end product, or the result of the proposal. Objectives specify what the participants will be able to do as a result of the project and are observable and measurable.

Link to Standards (10 points): Describe how your project links to the state curriculum framework.

Impact on Students (20 points): Describe the student population involved in the project? What is the expected positive impact this project will have on students in terms of engaging them in learning and achieving higher standards?

Plan of Action (20 points): The proposal should reflect the plan you will follow in preparing for and implementing the grant.

Evaluation Plan (15 points): Describe how you intend to evaluate the program. The evaluation plan shows how the objectives will be measured for success and are stated in observable and measurable terms.
In addition to the scored elements described above the proposal must contain a Project Budget . Please provide an itemized list of materials required for your project and other planned expenditures. Explain the justification for the budget items, in particular, how the expenditures relate to the overall goal and objectives of your project.
