A1. To gain knowledge of the five components of physical fitness and their application to self through active participation. A2. To gain an understanding of health and wellness for one’s optimal quality of life OR B1. To develop knowledge of sports, recreational games or dance. B2. To develop and practice the skills necessary to participate in sports, recreational games or dance for possible lifetime activities. B3. To aid students in the development of their affective domains by understanding the role of sportsmanship, cooperation and competition through their participation in these classes. |
