When?
February 22, 2008

8:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

What?
Through a series of innovative breakout sessions, learn the answers to these questions and more:

  • How do I pay all my bills and have money for fun things too? What’s the difference between a student grant and a student loan? When do the payments for school expenses start?

  • I signed up for a credit card to get a free t-shirt and water bottle. Is there something wrong with that? What are my responsibilities? Is cutting up the credit card enough if I don’t want it?

  • Is it really true that my parents cannot access my college grades unless I give them access? What about my health records?

  • If I am involved in an automobile accident or am pulled over by the police, what should I do? What am I legally liable for?

  • Taking online courses seem like a good idea. What happens after I register? How do I manage my time to do the work without going to a regular class?
