Lowndes County MUW Alumnae Association Chapter Hosts Valentine Extravaganza

The Lowndes County Chapter of the MUW Alumnae Association will host the 10th annual Valentine Extravaganza on Thursday, Feb. 14 at 7 p.m. at Belle Bridge, the home of Chance and Gail Laws.

Guest will be treated to hors d'oeuvres and fine wines. The cuisine will be provided by Mississippi University for Women's Culinary Arts Institute.

The purpose of this event is to raise funds for Lowndes County scholarships for MUW. Presently the endowed account with the MUW Foundation is a little over $90,000 with hopes of reaching $100,000 this year.
