The Fall 2010 and Spring 2011 courses have been successfully removed from
the system. Instructors may request a copy of their course archives by contacting
the ITS Department.

The target date to begin removing the Fall 2010 and Spring 2011 courses from Blackboard is September 17. Since the course archive feature causes major
problems in service pack 8, please do not archive any courses until further notice. Once the course removals are complete, the ITS department will provide copies
of the Fall 2010 and Spring 2011 course archives upon request.

Making a course available
1. Go to Your Course.
2. Go to Control Panel.
3. Select Customization.
4. Select Properties.
5. Go to Set Availibilty.
6. Yes will make it available. No will make it unavailable.

During busy times of the year, it could take up to 48 hours for a course copy to
process. If your course copy has been waiting for more than 48 hours, please
contact the ITS Department.

students. This is a one-time process that is done at the end of each semester
in order to assure that a course is not left open unintentionally. If you would like
to reopen your course shell, feel free to do so.
