7. Why is my Course Menu missing?
If you look to the left side of the screen, there is a tab. This tab allows you to show your course
menu and hide your course menu. The purpose of this tab is to allow you to have more

There are a number of reasons why the videos are not playing correctly, but this is the most

MAC users may want to download the following:
http://www.videolan.org/vlc
Click the link on the right to download VLC. Download it and it will put a file on your
computer named "vlc-1.1.10.1.dmg. Run the .dmg and click on the VLC icon. The next box will
ask you if you are sure if you want to open it, click on "Open". The player will open and then
you'll go to File and Open File. Select the video and click Open
