     Our online application is free and it’s easy to use! Once you have submitted an      application, your high school transcript, and your ACT scores, you should have an      admissions decision within two weeks. Learn More

     Graduate Admission

      Applying for graduate studies may seem overwhelming at first glance. However,
      we've made the process easy for you. Below you will find links to application
      materials for all our graduate programs. In addition to the information below,
      consult the Catalog. Keep in mind that individual programs use different forms
      and that not all forms will apply to all programs. We've provided to the right links

     Life-Long Learner      

• Life-Long Learning students are not eligible for financial aid, scholarships or
  institutional grants.
• Students entering as Life-Long Learners may take the courses offered for credit,
  or they may audit the course.
• Individuals may not continue to enroll as a Life-Long Learner, after earning 21
  semester hours of academic credits without special permission from the Provost.
• After completing 21 hours of classes for academic credit, students may be
  required to apply through the regular university admissions process.
• Classes taken not for credit (auditing) can not be applied to degree programs
  nor to the Executive Certificate Programs.
• Life Long Learners should refer to the university calendar for general admission deadlines.   Learn More

     Professional Learning Courses
     (Professional Learning Academy, Ed2Go, and JER Online courses)

     The Center for Creative Learning offers a wide range of highly interactive courses
      that you can take entirely over the Internet.  All of our courses are led by expert       instructors.  Our online courses are affordable, fun, fast, and convenient.  You may
      want to enhance your resume by earning a certificate or just take a course for fun.        Whatever the case may be, there is something for everyone.  Learn More

Meet with an Advisor      

     The Advising Center is an academic resource center for Mississippi University for      Women faculty members, staff, and students. The Advising Center also is a
     resource for newly admitted and other prospective students. The Center is
     governed by Academic Affairs and is charged with providing advising services. The      Advising Center staff is knowledgeable regarding general academic policies and      procedures and university core curriculum requirements. Learn More

     (Before beginning the registration process, you must see your assigned advisor
     to approve your schedule and get your registration access pin (RAP)

     Deadlines -- Courses may be added or dropped without penalty during the first days
     of classes in a semester via Banner Web.  Students should check the academic      calendar for all important dates concerning dropping a course, adding a course, or      changing the status of a course.  Deadlines are enforced.

     Drop Procedure -- Students may drop classes via Banner Web through the last day
     to add a class.  After that date (consult the Academic Calendar) the drop process
     begins with the advisor, and procedures are printed on the drop form.  The drop      transaction is not final until the form is submitted to the Registrar's Office.  Failure to      complete the process may result in loss of credit (if the course is not added properly)
     or receipt of a failing grade (if course is not dropped properly).
